Meet Suraj and Annie

Hi, we are 25 year old self taught artists working with multiple mediums.

As artists, we started our journey with textile, having created art for over 400 interior projects. Over time, we realised it was not about the art, it was all about the feeling our work brought into a home, and thus Unchosen Studio was born.

About Unchosen Studio

For as long as we can remember, we’ve carried an urge to create with our hands, to experiment, to capture the small moments of life that often feel bigger than they seem. Unchosen Studio grew from that instinct, not from a plan but as something that unfolded naturally, much like nature itself. The way sunlight falls on a wall, the folds of fabric left on a chair, a walk in the park, these quiet details are what inspire us.

We work across mediums without wanting to confine ourselves. Sometimes it’s a wall piece, other times something closer to furniture or home décor. What matters most is that each piece holds a spark. A memory, a pause, a softness, something that connects with you in the midst of daily life.

Unchosen is more than art on a wall. Each piece is handmade, one of a kind, and imperfect in the most human way. For us, it’s about sharing a part of ourselves and inviting you to see your own world a little differently, like a memory you can’t place, but still carry with you.
